Welcome Spring and Summer! The Stahelin website has undergone some revisions and now has a drop-down bar which will have our semi-annual Stahelin Newsletter. You will also see the  “e-News” section that will contain any building updates, current happenings and other pertinent information our tenants will benefit from. If you have a suggestion that you would like to see in the eNews, please let us know.

Building Updates

Glen Hill North

The Glen Hill North common conference room has been relocated to Building A-111. There are new training-style tables (which can be configured to whatever type of meeting you are planning on hosting), and a new whiteboard.   Feel free to stop in the management office if you want to take a look – we will be happy to open the door for you.  Please contact Judy at the front desk if you want to reserve a time slot.

AT&T fiber has been installed in all buildings at Glen Hill North. If you are considering looking into fiber, please contact the Management Office and we will provide you with our business contact at AT&T.

Crossroads

The corridor painting of stairwells, restroom, and utility room doors are now complete at the 3601 Algonquin Road building.

DuPage Corporate Center

We will be adding a building directory sign at the main entrance between Buildings A and B, as well as, a new tenant directory signage at hallway entries.   The corridor railings are also undergoing a fresh coat of paint.

Reminders

The annual retagging of the fire extinguishers for all buildings except Crossroads will be the end of May. Crossroads location will be scheduled in July. Forms have been emailed to the tenant contacts we have on file.

Construction noise – We understand as we do construction build-outs for new tenants or building improvements, there will be added noise. We try our best to schedule any disruptive work before or after work hours, or on weekends.  Unfortunately, there are times when we cannot accommodate the weekend schedule.  We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Suite Locks – Tenant door locks need to be keyed to our Stahelin master key in the event there is a fire, emergency, etc. The fire department also needs to have access.  Please do not re-key your own suite.

Taste of Glen Ellyn – May 18 – May 21

Downtown Glen Ellyn. Live entertainment, food, and carnival rides.

Lombard Ale Fest – June 10

Downtown Lombard. Over 80 craft beers from around the country, food, and live music.

Wine Down by the Creek – August 11

Rolling Meadows. A Ravinia-styled event with beer, wine from local establishments, and live music. Bring your blankets!
